Loyalty by eons provides tools for business owners to create loyalty programs and manage member balances. The issuing business is responsible for its reward terms, fulfillment, and customer relationships.

Starter allows one program and 50 members. Paid plan limits and prices are shown before checkout. Payme and Click payments purchase 30 days of access; they do not automatically renew. Stripe subscriptions renew monthly and can be managed or cancelled in the billing portal.

Access is granted only after the payment provider verifies payment. Refunds and billing disputes are reviewed through the payment provider and platform owner. A refund may revoke the access associated with that payment.

Apple Wallet and Google Wallet require active issuer credentials and provider approval. Wallet appearance is controlled by Apple and Google and can differ from the web preview. Wallet updates depend on device connectivity and provider availability.

Use the service only for programs you are authorized to operate. Do not impersonate a business, manipulate balances, or upload content you cannot use. Keep your login and private card links secure.
